About these Sessions:
Senior and end of life pet portraits for pets are some dear to my heart. After working in the veterinary field for a decade, I would watch pet owners try to snap the final moments with their pet through heartbreaking tears.
It would be my honor to help capture some last memories of your time together. Whether it's an animal on hospice or a last minute euthanasia, I will be there to worry about those moments so you can focus on loving your furry family member.
How Does Scheduling Work?
For hospice animals (or ones that have a scheduled euthanasia in the future), we can set up a day and time to shoot dignified portraits of your pet. This can also be done at the time of the euthanasia if you so choose as long as it is cleared with the veterinary practice before hand. We can do this session outside in location or at your home. I do recommend picking a location based on your pet's stress level.
With emergency euthanasias, I will try my best to be there during this time, but unfortunately it is not promised. I am more than willing to be at the veterinary clinic during this process, however this too is dependent on veterinary approval.
